Digital strategy across development, UX, AI, and automation.
I work with founders, owners, and leadership teams who need senior technology direction without a full-time CTO. The work is part strategy, part build, and part handoff — so your team can keep running what we make together.
Based in New York City, working in person with organizations across New York and New Jersey — and remotely with teams everywhere else. PPV Group Inc. is a certified M/WBE in both states.
Architecture, roadmaps, and shipped products — from first release to a platform your team can maintain.
Most stalled products don't fail because of the code. They fail because the strategy, the interface, and the engineering were decided separately. I work across all three: product architecture, technical roadmaps, release process, App Store submission, and the documentation that keeps the work alive after I leave. Whether it's a React Native app, a web platform, or an enterprise system, the goal is the same — a product that ships, scales, and can be handed over.
This is for you if
You have a product that hasn't shipped, or shipped and stalled.
You need a technical roadmap but don't have a full-time CTO.
Your team is rebuilding the same features because the architecture was never defined.
ProofReact Native app rebuilt end to end: new visual identity, new interface, security guardrails, release pipeline. Shipped to the App Store.
UX Design & Digital Experience
Websites, interfaces, and brand systems that turn visitors into customers and customers into repeat users.
A website that can't be booked, bought from, or edited by your team is a liability, not an asset. I design customer journeys, information architecture, and interfaces that convert — then build them on whatever platform actually fits your operations. That includes WordPress, React, Webflow, and no-code where it's the right call. The result is a site or product that looks like your brand and behaves like a business tool.
This is for you if
Your website is costing you work instead of generating it.
Your team can't edit the site without calling a developer.
Your brand materials don't match your positioning.
ProofA salon with no website, no booking and no online payment. Built the site, connected booking and deposits to the existing POS, and sales rose 65% within two months.
AI Integration & Adoption
Practical AI embedded into real workflows — not demos, not hype, and not a bolt-on.
AI works when it fits how your team already works. I identify where a model adds real leverage, design the integration so it doesn't break the existing UX, and train the people who will use it. The work covers generative AI adoption, internal AI agents, workflow augmentation, and executive decision-making on build-versus-buy AI tooling. The delivery is usually a recurring series, a focused workshop, or private sessions — whatever matches how your team actually learns.
This is for you if
Your team has been told to use AI and hasn't been shown how.
You want to integrate AI into a product without a disjointed experience.
You need an outside read on an AI vendor or agency proposal.
ProofBuilt and ran an AI upskilling series for Sistas in Sales on a "one tool, one technique, one action" format, and delivered an AI agent workshop at Black Women Talk Tech.
Automation & Systems Integration
Cross-platform workflows, CRM architecture, and process automation that reduce manual work without multiplying subscriptions.
Manual work between tools is where teams lose speed and accuracy. I audit the tool stack, redesign the workflow, and connect the systems that should already be talking to each other. The focus is on fewer handoffs, smaller teams doing more, and a change management process that survives the next tool migration. Security, auditability, and cost are part of the design — not afterthoughts.
This is for you if
Your team is doing repetitive work that software should handle.
You're paying for enterprise tools that don't match your actual workflow.
A system migration keeps getting delayed because nobody owns the plan.
ProofMigrated a six-site organization off enterprise CRM pricing with zero downtime, cutting their monthly platform cost by 86% and leaving a repeatable change management process behind.

What you get
You get a sequenced roadmap with owners and dependencies, a target architecture diagram, and a written build-vs-buy recommendation with cost ranges.
What you get
You get a journey map with friction points ranked by impact, a proposed IA, and a heuristic audit tied to the conversion metrics that matter.
What you get
You get a readiness score across data, tooling, and team, a shortlist of use cases scored on impact and risk, and a governance position you can show legal.
What you get
You get a map of current tools and handoffs, hours-saved estimates per process, and a blueprint for the first three workflows worth automating.
02 · Design

What you get
You get the interaction model for where AI appears, a structured prompt architecture, and review flows so a human stays accountable for output.
What you get
You get step-level workflow diagrams, the integration map between systems, and explicit rules for what happens when an automation fails.
03 · Build
What you get
You get working software in your repo, a reusable component library, test coverage on critical paths, and documentation written as it ships.
What you get
You get production-ready screens, interaction specs developers can build from, and an accessibility pass against WCAG AA.

04 · Integrate
What you get
You get external services connected and tested, authentication and SSO in place, and a load and scalability review before traffic arrives.
What you get

FAQ
Common questions about how I deliver.
Answers covering the way development, UX, AI integration, and automation work together in practice.
Most projects need more than one discipline. I start with the business outcome, then pull in the right mix. A new product might need strategy, UX, and a working prototype; an operations project might need process mapping, automation, and a small internal tool. The work is modular, but the plan is always connected so the pieces fit together.
Both. I can build directly — React, React Native, Node, Python, APIs, and integrations — or I can act as the technical lead who defines the architecture, reviews work, and keeps the team aligned. The model depends on your existing team and how much execution support you need.
AI works best when it fits the workflow people already use. I map the existing journey, identify where a model actually removes friction, and design the interface so the AI is a natural part of the experience. I also set guardrails around cost, accuracy, and human review so the tool stays useful and safe.
On the build side: React, React Native, Next.js, TypeScript, Node, Python, and cloud platforms. On the UX and web side: Figma, Webflow, WordPress, and custom React builds. On automation and CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Make, Zapier, and custom integrations. I choose the stack that fits your operations, not the other way around.
I look for three things: repetition, error rate, and drag on a real person. A process that happens weekly, has a predictable pattern, and currently eats hours from a small team is usually the best first candidate. I score candidates by time saved, cost, and risk so the first automation pays for the next one.
Handoff is planned from the start, not added at the end. You get documentation, runbooks, training, and a working environment your team can operate. The goal is that you do not need to keep me around to keep the product or process running — though many clients keep an advisory retainer for the next decision.
I sit between strategy and execution. Unlike a pure advisory CTO, I can design the UX and ship the code. Unlike a pure dev shop, I lead the product and systems thinking first. That means fewer handoffs, less rework, and a single point of accountability for the result.
Founders, owners, and leadership teams that need senior technology direction but are not ready for a full-time CTO. That usually means small-to-medium teams, nonprofits, associations, or mission-driven organizations with a product or process that needs to scale.

Engagement models
Fractional, project-based, or advisory.
Most work starts as a fixed-scope project or a fractional retainer. Advisory is also available as a single session for a specific decision, or as an ongoing retainer when you want someone called before the decision gets made.
